Hands Need Some TLC? Try This DIY Rose & Shea Hand Cream

Are you washing your hands so often that they feel extra dry and brittle? Then you need to try this DIY restorative hand cream.
Ingredients: (makes 3.5oz)

1 tsp Shea butter
1 tsp almond oil
2 fl oz (60ml) mineral water
1 tbsp emulsifying wax (this combines oil and water)
1 tsp glycerin
3 drops (essential oil) patchouli
5 drops (essential oils): rose oil, geranium oil
Steps to make:
Using the double boiler method, melt the almond oil, shea butter, and wax to create an emulsion.
Remove from the heat once melted.
In a separate pot, boil the mineral water to 175°F, then add the glycerin. Stir well.
Add the hot oil mixture (step 1) to the hot water mixture (step 3). Whisk together with an electronic whisk or stick blender til smooth.
Add the drops of essential oils to the above mix and continue to whisk.
Pour into a sterilized jar and leave to cool down before closing with the lid. Once cool, place the lid on the jar and store it in a cool dark place for up to 3 months.
To use: Gently apply to hands and nails as needed.
