Because I can't be the only person in the world that feels like a zombie in the morning!!

I don't know about you, but I feel soooo sluggish in the morning. You would think I only got 1 hour of sleep according to my body movements and droopy eyes. At first I thought it was due to my love of sleeping (yea I said it!), but then I was told by a doctor that it may be caused by an iron deficiency that I usually experience around my menstrual. Regardless of what causes it, I am tired of my "walking dead" mornings. After taking iron, I still felt very tired in the mornings so I knew my body needed more than just supplements. I even tried going to sleep earlier, but that didn't really help either. I needed to find a solution--fast! My productivity and future babies depend on it (hello 6am soccer mom)!!
Now to the remedies! I got the below natural recipes courtesy of Dr.Oz, and I believe they work better than coffee! Yes, you read right. I honestly have never been a fan of coffee, and I hardly drink it. Don't get me wrong, it taste ahhhhhmazing---but, it doesn't do anything for me, and I definitely don't want to get addicted to it. These homemade energy drinks will give you the morning boost that you've always desired so you can get on with your day without feeling like you only got 3 mins of sleep! The world needs us at the top of our game! Maybe now I will be able to catch that early worm everyone yaps about. :)
